Discover the most visited art museums in Florence together with a professional guide. Admire their most important works as you gain a deeper understanding of the Italian Renaissance. Your guide will take you through the priority entrance into both galleries, without having to wait in the long ticket lines. Throughout your experience, your guide will be on hand to explain all about the most important works of art in the museums. The first stop will be the visit to the Uffizi Gallery, with its extensive collection of paintings. Admire masterpieces by artists and protagonists of the Renaissance, such as Michelangelo, Giotto, Botticelli, Caravaggio, Leonardo da Vinci, and many others. Later, the guide will take you to the Accademia Gallery to discover the most famous symbol of Florence: Michelangelo's David. The Accademia is home to one of the largest collections of Michelangelo's sculptures. You can also admire the museum's many musical instruments, a collection of golden-background paintings, and the Sala dei Prigioni, with sculptures designed for Pope Julius II.

Excellent tour! Not only do you get the valuable information about the exhibits as you're viewing them, but Martina also gave us tips as we traveled through the city between museums. I've done a number of tours and Martina's was unique in the fact that it didn't feel rushed and it didn't feel like she was on a clock to finish and move on. She allowed us to take pictures at our leisure and ask questions as needed. Truly amazing experience that I would definitely recommend to friends visiting the city.
