A wonderful and relaxing experience and we enjoyed every minute. Our hosts spoke very good English were very knowledgeable and informative. After shopping for ingredients they showed us how to make the best lamb tagine ever and a vegetable accompaniment. We also made two Moroccan salads washed down with mint tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. Would highly recommend this cooking class.

It's a great experience to learn and cook traditional Moroccan dishes. It was also very unique opportunity to talk to the chef to learn more about fes and Morocco culture. We really enjoyed the cooking class and we thought we cooked the best tajine ever! Highly recommended.

Very warm welcome, successful shopping and preparation and meals, an experience that will leave us with fond memories. Thank you
