We were amazed from the hospitality of our guide Eva. She drove us through the lush rainforest on the board of WW2 Army Duck (amphibious 6wheels car) She explained us all the facts about the difference between the palm trees and the other trees in the rainforest. We didn’t quite have the possibility the see any animals out there, because it very hot and humid out there. But we do see different birds around the forest. We enjoyed then an hour break, tried tropical friuts we have never eaten before. Me personally really enjoyed the talk to the indigenous people. My man and i tried to throw a boomerang as the Pamagarri people do, we heard them play some music. At the after We took part in the show,we have been showed the footsteps of thr original aboriginal dance. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for some real Australia experience!
This was incredible experience & day! We thought we would be just eating breakfast with a koala in the background (like the picture) but you actually get 30mins of photos, patting and learning about the koala after eating. One important note: breakfast is starts at 8.30am only and the timing you select for the tour is for the lagoon boat tour to see the crocodiles (not timing of when breakfast is served). I would suggest doing the boat tour after breakfast 9.30am or later in the afternoon so you can fit all the other exciting events that the park has to offer.
This was such a fun activity and the staff were all amazing. Special mention to Jack, Jake and Mark who made our time there very enjoyable with their infectious happiness and energy. Would definitely recommend!
The animal keepers were very informative the guide on the army ducks was also very knowledgeable and the aboriginal dance were excellent overall we had a great day.
the staff were amazing, it made our day that much better. the boat ride was the best part
