Redeemed the Get Your Guide QR code on the Big Bus without issue at bus stop 3 South Beach. Bus was about 20 mins late from arranged 8.30 pickup advised. Our driver was not very energetic but gave information as needed. The other Big Bus driver we saw at the everglades appeared more engaging. The bus trip to the Everglades took an hour. The boat ride and show at the park was really enjoyable before heading back into Miami. We found the overall time of the experience around 4 hours enough for us and value for money. Very much enjoyable.

Really fun time, tour guides were friendly and the bus was very punctual. The alligator reserve was like a small zoo, with a lot of birds wandering freely about. It was really exciting to see the wild alligators in their natural habitat.

The package offered was reasonably price. The bus was simple to find and the ride was comfortable the operator of the boat was well versed and we actually seen a lot of wildlife and an alligator as well.
