We were picked up right outside of our Airbnb in Wroclaw at 10:30am. The driver was a nice young guy named Jakub (sorry if I butcher the spelling). It was a pleasant drive both ways and he told us all about life in Poland. We had a group of five and we were under the impression that it would just be us in the van but there were two other kids on the tour as well. Not a big deal but there may be other people on the drive with you, especially if you're not a big group. We stopped at a gas station halfway through each drive. The tour guide was pretty good, no complaints. After the tour of Auschwitz I, Jakub gave us each sandwiches, snacks, and waters and drove us to Auschwitz-Birkenau II. The tour through Auschwitz-Birkenau II was decent. I would most definetly recommend booking this tour if you want to see Auschwitz and don't want to deal with the hassle of driving yourself/taking trains. I've heard that taking the trains are very long process and you're cramped like sardines.
picked up on time by a gentleman called bart, spoke excellent English. even stopped on the way to Auschwitz for a toilet break. once we arrived, he made sure we got our correct tour guide. would highly recommend even though the tourist information tried to put us off using a site and charge us more. will be using this site again for future holidays. thank you bart, brilliant driving, very clean vehicle.
We were unable to get tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau and were happy to find this option for a tour. Our driver, Adam, was on time and was very helpful with history of Poland and WW2. He was courteous and professional. Our guide at Auschwitz was great, as well. Her English was excellent and she shared many stories and details that made our experience meaningful.
Fantastic service provided by Eric who picked us up at our apartment in Wroclaw drove us 3 hours each way too and from Auschwitz giving us breaks when necessary and providing us with food too. Eric did an excellent job at organising the day and ensured all ran smoothly, he provided what felt like a VIP service too us.
We left punctually. Ride took around 2hours. The guide gave just enough information about the sights on the way there to keep us from getting too bored. The park was really good. Our guide told many stories about this history of the rocks and the park. We spent around 3hours in the park just walking around.
