Full description
The Koekedouw River is located in the mountains that surround the stunning Ceres Valley. A mere 1½ hour drive from Cape Town, it's the perfect getaway from hectic city life. This tour gives you the chance to experience 8 slides, with a total length of 1.4km. The amazing rock formations and river form the perfect backdrop to this adrenaline-filled adventure.

You will be kitted up in a full-body harness with state of the art equipment. Then, 2 expert guides will accompany you on the tour into the mountain. Hop on the Zipslide bus and head about 5km up into the mountains. On the drive down the main road and through suburban Ceres, you will get a feel for the lovely town before you arrive at your destination. It's a short walk from the drop-off point to the first line. Here, the fun starts.

The slides vary in length from 100 meters to 291 meters, with the highest point above the ground being 40 meters. The duration of the tour is dependent on the size of the group, however, most tour last on average between 1 and 1 1½ hours.
