What people are saying about West Bank

Great Jeep safari, but crowded death sea and AHAVA shop not needed

We loved the tour & ride with Ali. We highly recommend to do this safari tour. We were 6 people in one jeep, Ali is a very good driver. We had cold water for free and we get fresh watermelon for break. Ali was a great guide funny and nice he has a lot of expierience as he lives in the desert. The ride was 4 hours where he explained us the nature, animals and the plants. He gives us an idea how Nomad people live and lived in the desert and how they made it to survive. Which plant can be eaten, which one used as soap. How to find water, where to sleep. How to read tracks in the sand. We saw dromedas, ibex, birds and a yellow scorpion. The nature and beeing in the middle of the desert surrounded with nothing then sand and the view at the Dead Sea in over 300m was amazing Contra: The dead sea afterwards. Huge bus group, the "Kalia Beach" super crowded touristic spot. Not nice. Would recommened to split this tour to just do the safari OR even better add a desert sleepover under the stars

An all day event you don't want to miss.

You'll be able to visit some unique sites and experience the Palestinian culture in the best way possible. Our guide Zahi Shaked has made the day unforgettable, made everyone so welcome and went above and beyond expectations by not only by sharing his profound knowledge of the places we visited but most important showing his passion and love for the places we visited. He made sure the whole group stayed very engaged for the all duration of the trip. We visited Judean desert and the berber lifestyle, the river Jordan and the site where Jesus was baptised, the oldest town of Jericho and Bethlehem. I always wanted to visit Palestine and understand more about such a fascinating culture and people and my expectation were not just met, made me love it even more. We had the huge privilege to get a glimpse of how the real people who lives in the area live and was all down to Zahi. I have done many other tours in Israel and around the world but this one

Very informative! The best tour I've taken in all of Europe

We travelled for one month in Greece, Turkey and Israel and this day tour was the highlight of my trip. I learned so much and gained such good insight into the conflict, the "other side of the story" and information and experiences from a Palestinian perspective that are completely left out of Western media stories. Our guide Tamer was fantastic, informative and humorous. He intelligently shared information from multiple perspectives of the issues surrounding the Israeli/Palestinian conflict and the complex issues surrounding this--I learned so much and left feeling very humbled and with the feeling that I have so much more to learn about the world and the experiences of people in countries other than my own. I definitely recommend this tour!

Best of the West Bank Full-Day Tour from Jerusalem Reviewed by Chantelle, 07/28/2018

The small group tour with Norbert our guide was excellent

We had an excellent day with Norbert our tour guide who was informative, knowledgeable, and very passionate about Jerusalem and its history. It is worth paying the additional cost for the small group tour as it is more personal.

Great tour with a delicious lunch at the impressive house of the guide

Kamal impressed with his historical & religious knowledge of the area. State-of-the-art bus. Delicious lunch. Can only recommend this tour from Israel as it balances the view one gets from the conflict of the two sides.
