Full description
Walking through the streets of Vladivostok, it would be unforgivable to walk past one of the most evil and exotic places of old Vladivostok. At the beginning of the 20th Century, Millionka was a densely populated neighborhood of slums in the city center, home to the Chinese diaspora, those at the bottom of the social ladder, criminals, smugglers, counterfeiters, drug addicts, and prostitutes. The laws of the Russian Empire in this territory practically did not work - the Chinese diaspora ruled here, which you will learn about on this tour.

There are also legends among the Vladivostok people about a whole underground city with secret passages and labyrinths. There are a lot of legends about Millionka, some even claim that it is inhabited by ghosts, for example, a robbed sailor who roams at night.  Some legends say that the underground labyrinths in this legendary part of the city could even reach China.

Today, the area is a place for walking around, full of cafes, galleries, and conceptual graffiti - artists have a particular passion for Millionka as you will see.
