What people are saying about Victoria, British Columbia
We had a great trip. The flight was amazing and the whale watching great. However the airline was not expecting us and were very good at fitting us in. Thank goodness we checked the day before our booking!
Easy, enjoyable way to see lots in one day. Loved it! The guide was an absolute wealth of information! Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!
As a way to make it better... would be to make sure passengers are informed of the high lites of the air tour (head-sets) or AV screen
I had taken brief pedicab and horse and buggy tours in the past so I didnt quite know what to expect from this tour. I was so pleasantly surprised! Our guide took us all over the city and provided interesting insights to all we saw. It was a slow pace, so it sometimes takes a while to get from place to place, but given the hectic pace of group tours this was a great departure. Excellent experience, perfect in a small downtown like Victoria.
This trip gives an opportunity to see a little more of the area around Vancouver. It gets you into the air with some great views both at take-off and on the return trip but you also get out to Vancouver Island with the stop at Victoria itself as well as the short bus ride out to Butchart Gardens. You can easily spend a very pleasant 2 hours there following the guide route. It's a brilliant day.
