On this fun and informal 3-hour cooking class, discover the unique flavor combinations of typical Thai delicacies such as juicy grilled pork and fiery Tom Yum soup. The class allows you to learn the basics and share your experiences, in the company of a local who has learned these skills and recipes from their family.
During the class, which is designed to celebrate Thai cuisine from start to finish, learn about the traditions and heritage of Thai food while you prepare and cook a selection of delicacies. At the end of the class, receive a recipe pack which includes all of the information covered on the day, so that you can prepare this meal at home for friends and family.

The address for the class is 152 Tucker Road, Bentleigh. Class start at 5:30pm. Kitchen access: - Enter through the car park at 152 Tucker Road (Temple Society of Australia) - Take the path between the building and the tennis courts towards the rear of the building - Enter through the back door into the kitchen area - The Foodie Trails sign will let you know you have reached the correct location *Please note that this is a multi-purpose space and there may be Zumba, Bollywood, or other classes running in the main hall.
