Head down Route 68 from Santiago, passing through the Curacavi Valley on this full-day tour. Stop in Casablanca for a courtesy wine and olive oil tasting. Continue to Valparaiso on the Pacific coast. UNESCO declared the city’s historic center a Cultural Patrimony of Humanity. Admire its colorful houses, including La Sebastiana, one of the homes of poet and Nobel Laureate Pablo Neruda. Next is a visit to the popular seaside resort of Vina del Mar, where you can choose to have lunch at a restaurant. The town is known as the Garden City for its numerous parks and beautiful flowers. Enjoy all the coast until Reñaca the most popular beach area of the region. On the return drive, you’ll visit Via Las Palmas, a unique place with palm trees on its hills.

Your tour will begin as you are collected from your accommodation, from where you will board a coach destined for the coastal towns of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Once in Valparaiso, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will embark on a panoramic tour of the port and Plaza Sotomayor (Sotomayor Square). Following your tour, you will ascend to the summit of the Concepción and Alegre Hills using traditional elevators. You will then take a break for lunch, during which time you can enjoy some Chilean cuisine at your own expense. Your next stop will be to Viña del Mar, which is known as the "Garden City" for its plethora of greenery. Towards the end of your tour, you will visit a coastal area to observe some sea lions, before traveling to your final stop, the Casablanca Valley. There, you can sample wines at the Indomita Vineyard, before returning to Santiago in the early evening.

Head out from Santiago to some of the most emblematic destinations within Chile, like Valparíso and Viña del Mar, as well as stopping by one of the best wine markets in Casablanca on your way and a visit to the famous Reñaca beach. Marvel at the towering Andean mountains that flank the road to your full-day tour outside of Santiago. You will stop at Río Tinto in the town of Casablanca, a wine market in the middle of Chilean wine country, for a complimentary glass of wine and an olive oil tasting. Afterward, visit Valparaíso and its city center which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Its charming and picturesque houses include La Sebastiana, one of the houses of Nobel Prize winner Pablo Neruda. Your next stop is Viña del Mar, famed for its music scene and its numerous parks and gardens, which have earned it the nickname of the Garden City. Head along the coastline northwards to visit Reñaca, the most popular beach area in the region.

Start your day with pickup from your accommodation in Santiago and travel 120 km towards the Pacific Ocean to discover the cities of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Spend your day in two of the most famous cities in Chile with their very different in characteristics. First, stop at the multicolored port city of Valparaíso, where you will learn its history and discover why it is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Walk among the valleys and discover the poetic, artistic, and historic characteristics of the city. Stop at some lookouts, and squares, and have the chance to take some pictures of the sea lions at the port. From there, the tour will continue to Viña del Mar - a more sophisticated town with resorts, casinos, and luxurious neighborhoods.  Here, you will have the chance to eat lunch and visit the main sights of the city, such as the beach, the flower clock, and a Moai brought from Easter Island. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Santiago.

Starting from your hotel in Santiago, meet your guide and travel 120 km to the Pacific Ocean through the Curacavi Valley where you will have the chance to see diverse scenery. On the road, stop in the typical hostelry Millahue for the chance to taste the typical Chilean drink, the "chicha". Arrive in Valparaiso and admire the amazing houses on the hills. Take a sightseeing tour of Victoria Square, Sotomayor Square, the naval heroes monument, and the May 21st Lookout. Take a walk into the hills, using 1 or 2 elevators or explore the bay area. Next stop in Viña del Mar, the city known as the Garden City. Explore some remarkable locations in the resort town including the floral clock, the Casino, and Reñaca beach where you'll have time to stop for lunch at your own expense. After lunch, spend a bit more free time to enjoy relaxing on the beach. Finally, before taking the coast road back to Santiago, stop at the Quinta Vergara, a place known for the international song festival. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Santiago.

The stop for lunch will be at one of the best restaurants of Viña del Mar, an ancient castle with a wonderful view of the ocean. The lunch is not included in the price of the tour.

We'll visit a local winery, where you'll have the opportunity to learn about the wine-making process and sample a variety of exquisite wines.
