What people are saying about Venice

Very special to visit 3 villas, but trip was too long at 9.5 hours

We especially enjoyed Villa Pisano and would have liked to see more villas. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and able to communicate well in Italian, English, French and German. She was very impressive. The boat had good air conditioning and sufficient, comfortable seating. To reduce the length of the trip: Could the boat go faster? Could passengers be expected to bring their lunch?

When in Venice, it’s just something you have to do (once).

Just a pleasurable ride in back canals and the Grand Canal. The booking stated ‘up to 6 passengers’ and my wife and I were joined by two other couples. It was a quiet ride but very scenic and, of course, unique to Venice. I enjoyed the ride but due to the cost, will not do it a second time.

This was a very affordable way for a family to take a gondola ride.

The tour was described well. The meeting spot was easy to find. The cost was affordable for a family to take a gondola ride. Expect to get a ride and not a description of where you are or what you are seeing. The gondolier did not speak to us at all but overall this was a fun experience.

We loved this. A very special dinner in amazing surroundings.

We loved this. Great food and service and a special experience. We would have liked to be told which islands and parts of Venice we were passing, to enhance the experience. The waiters did point out some landmarks for us when we asked.

Glass tour very interesting and both islands worth viewing

Lots of information provided by the guide and time on Murano well worth it. Trip to Burano was good just to take a walk and look at the architecture. The visit to the lace makers was not really for us.
