Next, take a panoramic tour of Matanzas, also known as the "City of Bridges" for the 17 bridges that cross the 3 rivers that traverse the city. Drive through the breathtaking Yumurí Valley to reach Rancho Gaviota, where a welcome cocktail and typical Cuban lunch will be served. Benefit from some free time to enjoy a horseback ride or do some canoeing on the water. Relax if you are feeling less energetic, before moving on to Monserrate Heights.

Opinion

Trip was very good. But was small bed think so that is reason that I give 4 star not 5. If I want give tips to someone is my private business. No one must push hand before my nos and say "you must give me some tips now". I was thinking that all was included in price. Not nice !!! Thank you.

So much packed into one day...an excellent deal!

We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great adventure. I would advise NOT to book online, however, as it was next to impossible to confirm our booking. One of the two numbers we were given on our printout, to confirm our booking, was out of service. The other number was a residential number and they had no idea what we were talking about. It was a very stressful two hours of trying to get someone in the hotel to help us. Book at the hotel, if you want to make this trip, NOT online!!! If you do decide to take this trip, I would suggest that you may want to put together some little goody/care packages, as there are many young children on the drive to the snorkeling place, that stand on the side of the road, in hopes of getting a little something (candy, toothbrushes/toothpaste, hair bows, etc.) They are not begging, they stand there and wave and smile....happy, beautiful children.....that live in utter poverty. Lots to do and see! :)

good activity - bad provider

The activity itself is really good. It is quite a sales event, but you get a lot for your money and everything works well. However, you should simply book the whole thing on site, which is spontaneously possible in every hotel. And in our case, even cheaper. This will force you to confirm the activity 24 hours in advance - completely pointless if you have already paid for it and not easily possible in Cuba. In our case, we were simply not picked up because nothing was sent to the local provider. There were replacements 3 days later.
