Wonderful experience with excellent guide called Nyoman. He picked us up promptly and helped us choose our activities- nothing was too much trouble. Nyoman spoke good English and worked hard to meet our every need. He was so knowledgeable and took every opportunity to ensure our safety and satisfaction. We visited beaches, a waterfall, a Balinese dance and rice paddy fields amongst other things. Fantastic!!! Thank you so much to him.
Our guide Nyoman was lovely. He made sure we were safe at all times. This is definitely an activity that everyone should do in Bali.
Breakfast with the Orangutans was great. There were two there with whom you could get a photo. While we weren't allowed to touch them, they could touch us, and a number of people had their arm held while they had photos taken. There was also an elephant you could feed, touch and have photo with. Following breakfast there was an animal display by the zoo staff, where a number of animals were brought out and introduced. We were then free to tour the zoo (no extra cost) and I was surprised how interactive it was. All in all a great morning at the zoo.
Booking the activity was easy to do. Pick up at our hotel was great and on time. Once we arrived at the safari, we received a warm welcome and was washing the elephants straight away. The baby elephant trainer was great us and washing the baby elephant and feeding them was definitely an experience. We didn’t ride the elephant as we thought it’s unnecessary but from our observation all elephants were treated fairly and with love. A great experience all together. Our ticket also provided us a buffet lunch which was a bonus. Great food while overlooking at the elephants.
Very good experience with Yan. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Best guide I have so far.
