What people are saying about Tromsø

It was a great experience chasing the northern lights! Our guide was Adrien, and he was knowledgeable about the weather and the places to catch the lights. We felt a little disappointed initially as we waited for close to 4 hours without seeing the lights (due to cloudy weather), but our guide felt that there was a chance to see the lights at where we were, hence we waited, and finally they appeared! We expected to see green lights (as what we always see in photos), but were surprised when the lights seen with the naked eye is more white/yellow. Nevertheless, it was a breath-taking sight and a wonderful experience!

We travelled with 2 year old baby. It was a great experience though it was a bit inconvenient with 2 year old baby as the boat is not that spacious to move around with small babies. Still my 2 year old enjoyed the most.. Fish soup was delicious.. The trip was like a sweet dream. The crew was very friendly. If you have a stroller, just remeber that they may not allow if it is very big..this has happened to us and we had to sleep our baby on the shoulder...Great experience..

The tour was great!! We were lucky with the weather and saw the Norther lights just 30 minutes after we started the tour and during the 7 hours! We stopped in different places to take pictures, we made a bonfire and had some food, soup and hot drinks. The guide (Thomas) was really helpful and gave us all the tips to set up the cameras (I also borrowed a tripod for my camera). Good driver.

It was a fun day out feeding the reindeers, and going for the reindeer sledding thereafter! The Sami people were very friendly, and it was interesting to learn about the Sami culture. The stew cooked by them were delicious too. Not forgetting the amazing surrounding scenery of the lakes and mountains. Would definitely consider doing it again in future!

We got much more than I expected. The boat was perfect size for me and the crew was proffesional but at the same time made me feel like I was on a boat trip with friends. Thank you so much for a great day. And seeing the eagle catching the cod we had resently fished... amazing!
