Full description
Your visit to the maritime city of Trani will begin in with the harbor, one of the main symbols of the city. The harbor's strategic location made it ideal for trades, and sequentially enriched the city substantially, particularly during the time of Frederick II. 

Afterwards, you will visit the fort and public garden, before making your way to the magnificent Romanesque cathedral which is the main place of worship in the city.

Finally, you will visit the Swabian Castle (ticket to be purchased on-site) which was built in 1233 under Frederick II of Swabia. It's been modified several times throughout the centuries, and you'll be able to learn about its fascinating history as you tour it.
