What people are saying about Torremolinos
They were both lovely towns to visit. We enjoyed being free to explore ourselves. I do think there should be details in the half-day your ad that you will be gone 10 hours, not 5! The tour was 5 but 5 hrs of bus riding. No one knew what time we would return. Our guide was multilingual and showed great enthusiasm for the Caves and we learned a lot. Would highly recommend you see the caves as that made the trip! I liked that we got to drive through Torreminos and Malaga a bit as well.
**We were given the WRONG meeting time when we bought our tickets and we were also confirmed the wrong hour by email the day before.** Good value. You should bring a lunch as you will not be given time to buy something to eat and the tour may ends in the late afternoon . It is an easy walk without any major challenging part. It is really beautiful. Be ready to queue during the walk as so many people are visiting at the same time!
We (couple 32/30) took the "Caminito del rey" tour on the 1/12 and its was just was a lovely day (400 days of sun a year in andalusia ;) ). The hike was not too exhausting but still a little challenging, nature and countryside were beautful and transport from and back to Malaga city center was also nice. Totally recommended if you want to explore something special apart from the city and the beach.
Very good planned and informative tour with a very good guide who was able to put the whole tour into kind of a story with a lot of new information. Thanks, Paul, for this great experience. The caminito, of course, is breathtaking and a wonderful and beautiful place.
If you have limited time and no transportation of your own, this is a good way to see places you otherwise will not have done. The guide is an extra benefit. Nerja and Frigiliana are must-sees, in my opinion.
