Full description
Meet up with your instructor at 11:00 AM in the reception of the cooking studio (either in Marunouchi or Nihonbashi), both located within walking distance from Tokyo Station. Apron, handy towel, chef hat and beverages will all be included.

Following the instruction of an experienced cooking teacher, you’ll learn how to fry crispy tempura. While frying tempura (shrimps, vegetables, mushrooms, etc.), also learn to make tempura dipping sauce by using dashi (Japanese soup stock) with many cooking tips. In addition, experience Warabimochi (bracken-starch jelly) making using its ingredients kit. In addition, you will enjoy your creation as lunch along with Warabimochi (bracken-starch jelly) as desserts.
