I booked the City tour, and later for the same day, the Bay route. Found the meeting place relatively easily with the directions, but the lady who was there to greet people did not speak English and it was hard to communicate. The place had nothing to do with a "VIP lounge" and I wasn't offered any complimentary drinks. I was actually the only customer on the City route tour and I expected the tour to be cancelled. But I got a private tour instead! The lady, who also came in the bus with me, offered some extra information to me about the sights (using Google translator). It rained and we couldn't have the roof open. It was partially open during the night's second tour I took, the Bay route. I enjoyed the Bay route very much, as I love the light of cities by night, got plenty of that. Even though the experience wasn't perfect, I'd rate the tours quite good comparing to the very, very affordable pricing. You get to see a lot of the city, even if you don't have a lot of time in Tokyo.
