What people are saying about Tokyo
The first entryway (from outside to inside) was easy. The fast pass wait in line for my actual tickets was about 15 minutes. The line to the elevator was about 15 minutes. The actual views from the top of Sky Tree were deeply profound, despite an overcast day. The higher corridor elevator was another 15 minute wait. The higher corridor was only worth it for the glass floor. The elevator down was another 15 minute wait. The gift shop was surprisingly remarkable. The exit door was a bit of an adventure to find. Overall, I am happy I had this experience.
The Onsen was great however the fact that we caught the train to the Shinagawa railway station to greet the bus (which was in the instructions) we arrived at the correct time and waited 30 mins and the bus didn't arrive and I phoned the Travel agent who didn't help at all so we had to then hail a cab which cost us an addition $A40.00 which we weren't happy about if we hadn't taken a cab we wouldn't have been able to arrive there.
Really liked the view and was easy to get around. Getting a ticket online was a really good choice as the lines can get really long, and we where able to skip that. The top view is really nice on a clear day or with a little fog. It is quit busy up at the top, but that didn't bother us too much.
Loved being able to pre-purchase these tickets. One less thing to deal with while on holiday. We were able to walk right in, no waiting in long lines like everyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Skytree Skip the Line admission tickets.
It took us 2 minutes to enter and go up. We skipped the ticket line and went straight to the elevator after a 20-second check at a separate counter. Great views from the two decks on top.
