What people are saying about Tokyo

When we realy took part to tour it was good

We are disapointed the first day. The meeting point was so hide that we couldn’t find it althought we were in Shinjuku station one hour before meeting time! We tried to find VIP lounge from the railway station, then we asked from local people but nobody did not know where it is. We show the map for many local people but they didn’t know where the place is. Address was written in western alphabets snd they didn’t understand it and/or know were the place is. Place name was in japanese, but unknown place. Then we asked local people to call number we have and they agreed with Get Your Tour person that we wait bus in agreed bus stop. Bus not arrived and we asked again local people call to Get Your Tour number couple of times, but it didn’t answer. Our own sim card didn’t work in Japan althought it has been bought in Japan. That’s why we couldn’t call/send message ourselves. Then we went to caffee where was wifi and agreed by chat to change tour to next day. The person in chat made good jo

Value for Money and Very Kind, Understanding and Patient Tour Guide

I was quite pissed off arriving at VIP lounge meeting area as the 2 staff at the counter were very unfriendly and impatient and not helpful at all. Shocking for Japanese standards. They kept mentioning sightseeing or shopping tour which is not what the voucher mentioned so was not sure if we are following correct group. They did not even bother to check if we had any voucher with us and just asked us to check our name and no. of pax and no further questions answered. The English Young Gentlemen was so forthcoming in checking our bus number. But still we were not sure if we are following the correct bus as our voucher shows has both shopping and sight seeing. Every unpleasant experience at the meeting point melted away with the kindness and very understanding nature of our tour guide, if I remember her name correctly was Ms Yuko. She was very accommodating and despite some people took longer time to return to the bus and the heavy jam causing delays.

Day Tour to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Oshino Hakkai & Shopping Reviewed by Mathaven Krishnan, 05/06/2019

Spectacular view of Mt Fuji on a bright sunny day

We were fortunate that it was a bright sunny day and we had the most spectacular views of Mt Fuji. That made up for the terrible organisation and less than competent guide. The VIP Lounge where we were supposed to meet was completely obscure; no sign on building entrance; our driver spent a good 10 minutes circling the area & calling friends for help. Finally he found the building; a tiny sign was on the lift panel!! By then the fare had mounted to ¥7400. When it was time to go, the guide was in such a hurry, he just rushed off with some of the passengers and left us behind while my husband was in the rest room. When called back by his colleague, he accused us of arriving late! The guide did not offer one bit of information of Mt Fuji or Oshino Hakkai and their significance. In fact he was silent throughout the trip except for telling us where we were stopping and what time to be back on the bus.

Mt Fuji tour was good for the eyes and the mind

aside from the fact that we had a very good view of Fuji, it being a sunny day, we had a taiwanese guide who was able to give us a lot of insights on the japanese people. quite enlightening. our tour was not just good for the sights, we had a good lesson on the japanese culture and people. Quite impressed with the guide, Lee!!! perhaps you can have more of the same guides who are not japanese. Japanese people are a humble lot, they will not want to talk about their own traits. but an outsider can readily speak for them, and lee enlightened us on his impressions of the japan. My salute to Lee, and my salute too to the Japanese people.

Very nice tour ad the weather is cooperative..

I dont like the VIP lounge that we were not accepted to enter the lounge and wait for a couple outside and very cold. It is only when shini rrive that we were permitted to get inside...i suggest client enrolled for the tour can stay at the lounge anytime waitng for the tour departure.. And also the information at VIP lounge is asking yen 600 per person to stay inside wait at he lounge. Client guest for the tour must be given importance....
