Affordable way to experience the sea and islands around Santorini

This trip was very well organized. It is affordable because there are about 75 people on each boat. But they've got handling this number of passengers down. Taking this cruise is a nice way to see Santorini from the sea. You will be hiking rocky paths so make sure to wear tennis shoes, not sandals. You'll have an opportunity to buy lunch on Therasia. There are several restaurants at the port and there are also 2 restaurants at the top of Therasia. The hike up Therasia is strenuous but the view from the top is definitely worth it. The only suggestion for improvement I'd make is in the music played while sailing back to the port on Santorini. Not sure why they couldn't play the original versions of the songs they were playing (e.g. Bob Marley) instead of elevator music versions. Also the lyrics for one of the songs was not something I'd want my kids to listen to (e.g. killing girlfriend in bed). Music artist suggestions: Bob Marley, Van Morrison, Temptations, Beach Boys, etc.

Old pirate ship, great staff, 10/10 experience

I booked this excursion for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was our favorite experience from our trip to santorini. They send you an address for pickup, but it can be a bit confusing, so ask the locals if you can’t figure it out and they will direct you. Once aboard, you sail to a volcano, 2 swimming spots, and watch the sunset while you eat before returning home. - The boat can be quite windy/shaky so hold on to your hats/drinks. - The volcano hike is a bit strenuous and takes about an hour in total. - The swim is amazing and you must do it. - The sunset is a must-see from the water. - Food is okay and there are plenty of drinks on board. - BONUS: the staff is SO friendly and amazing (speaking 5 languages). They teach you traditional Greek dancing to round out your trip. [13:30-21:00 from pickup to drop off; 6 hours on the boat but it doesn’t feel too long] 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

A great way to see the volacano and the island of Santorini

Overall, this was a really good trip. The tour guide was very informative and helpful, but gave you plenty of time to explore things at your own pace. It's quite a long walk up to the top of the volcano, but the views from the top are pretty spectacular. The hot springs are a bit of a disappointment (and you have to jump off the boat and swim to them). The lunch stop at Thirassia was nice and it's worth the walk up to the top if you have the energy. The boat trip back was fairly relaxed and takes you past Oia and Thira on the way back to the port.

Boat got us where we needed to go. Exactly as advertised

Our trip to the Santorini volcano was exactly as advertised. Perfect amount of time on volcano, way too short at hot Springs and long time for lunch on island. Pick up and drop off worked well in large air conditioned coach. Boat was full (crowded) and sunny but comfortable and clean.

Fantastic whole day tour with lots packed in.

The day started with a mix up with the pick up points, but this was dealt with and we were able to join the tour. The rest of the day was fantastic, lots packed in. Sunset at Oia was a lovely way to end the evening.
