Popular Family-friendly in The Palm Jumeirah

The 2 guys that ran our tour were so professional, friendly and fun. They made the trip a great experience - and the whole boat was laughing and having fab time. They helped everyone to get great pictures, made us all scream in delight at their driving skills and boat tricks. It was brilliant as well that they gave everyone water throughout the tour. I would highly recommend this tour - it was just FANTASTIC - well organised and a great experience. They also were very informative about all the sights we saw.

This is a good way to see both the old Dubai and the new (modern) Dubai in one day. There are 3 different routes that together cover Dubai. The commentary provides useful information on the history and culture of Dubai and the UAE. Note that together the three routes take about 6 hours to get through without jumping on and off. At unexpected times of the day there can be traffic on some of the routes. There was live English commentary on one of the buses along the red route.

It was a nice trip though a few points could still be improved. Info about meeting point could be more precise, i.e. Pier 7, by Exclusive Yachts stand/kiosk, as I haven't seen any red carpet, lounge or specific banner and thought I could be in the wrong place. Also, it was really hot and I could use the airconditioned lounge, never saw one. Otherwise all went fine.

Best to book the late afternoon or early morning slot as it is ROASTING during the mid-day. Sit in middle or the back of the boat unless your desperate to experience all the bumps and get soaked (we sat at the back). Great service from the experienced captain and deputy.

Had a lovely morning our guide was very informative. We enjoyed the ride but also liked stopping at points to take pictures and hear about the area I would certainly recommend this trip to people wanting to see duabi from the sea
