What people are saying about Tbilisi

Look no further, Real Georgia is simply the best choice, Luka is great

If you are wondering which tour to take or company to use, look no further than Real Georgia. Wherever you go, they will deliver an outstanding, informative, authentic and safe experience that you will remember for years to come. Luka was our guide and he is simply the best. He is a natural, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, easy-going, communicative, and always looking for ways to enhance an already incredible experience, whether that's by taking the group to an off the beaten path location, sharing a story or local legend, accommodating requests for stops along the way to take pictures. Luka's English is easy and fluent, so you will have no problems communicating or understanding. Unlike other guides, this company does not have an ulterior agenda besides ensuring you have the greatest possible time. It is also owned and run by Georgians who are passionate about what they do which makes all the difference. If you want to experience Georgia, look your trip now, you won't regret it!

The best of the Georgian tours I have done!

I have done three tours from Tbilisi with three different comapnies, and the one organised by Friendly Georgia was by far the best of them, and also one of the best I have ever done! Our small group of 8 persons was very skilfully managed by our lovely, smiling and extremely well informed guide Khatuna and also the boss of the company Alex for a part of it too. Both cared for us a lot and took care of every detail of the trip. We made stops at many interesting places (e.g. the Zhinvali reservoir, the Ananuri fortess, the peace monument in Gudauri etc.) before we reached Stepantsminda and Gergeti with the amazing Gergeti church with the backdrop of Kazbegi, very clear on that sunny day. We had ample time for a meal at a lovely garden restaurant, snacks and toilet, but with that we still managed to catch the cable car back to Gadauri (lasting for one hour, optional). Khatuna provided us with very detailed information about all the places we saw. In a word, it was just a perfect day!

The BEST mountain tour that I have EVER taken!!

The BEST tour that I have ever taken!!! This was by far my most favorite experience that I had in my 10 days spent in Georgia. The tour takes you to the most beautiful nature places and the Gudauri + Kazbegi Mountains absolutely blow you away because the tour gives you an additional option (not included but NOT expensive!) to take a one hour, 30 lari cable car through them. If I could take this tour again, I totally would. My guide Alex was so informative, friendly, welcoming and he really knew where to take our small group of about 8 people! We got to watch people paraglide in a canyon, Zhinvali, eat lunch at a traditional Georgian cafe in Kazbegi, and I go to meet some extremely friendly, wonderful people who I grew close to by the end of the day-long tour. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE to take this; I can't recommend it enough!!!! I especially love how the group size is small because it is more personal and easier to enjoy. You will NOT regret taking this! Enjoy :)

Great day-trip-experience in Kazbegi and the area

We booked the tour with Alex as our tour guide and spent a beautiful day in the mountains. We traveled in a comfortable Mini-Van with six people including the bus driver and tour guide. The small group size made it possible to meet individual wishes such as stopping for a break for paragliding. Alex provides us with interesting information for all of the tourist attractions. I accidentally left my travel guide at one of the tourist sights and Alex and his colleagues were so kind to bring it back to me at my hostel! I would recommend the tour to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, informative day experience in the mountains for an affordable price. Otherwise, I would recommend you to take more than one day and stay for a night to fully enjoy the beauty of the Georgian mountains.

Thank you for the wonderful day out to David Gareja and Signagi

Wonderful day out to David Gareja, Dodbe, and Signagi accompanied by a professional guide who was willing to explain to us about history and culture of Georgia with professional knowledge of art history. It was more than hiking and was hard climbing up to the caves, but forgot all the hard part when we reached the top and saw beautiful frescoes in ruins and breathtaking views looking down the valley. Very interesting to talk with our guide Zura throughout the day, and also thanks to Ucha the driver for safe driving. And for letting us stop to take photographs on the road.
