What people are saying about Tbilisi
Our tour to Armenia was fabulous! The views of the mountains and rivers were captivating. Full of tales and history by our knowledgeable and patient guide George who answered all our questions sometimes more than once. I loved going back in time and wonder around the premises of the monasteries and listening to the tales that go with the castle. I imagined voices of the past and people running from the soviets. But it was total silence. Great place to appreciate the present compared to the past. It was amazing. Lunch was scrumptious. The restaurant was cozy and the bathroom was clean. you could hear the running river next to our table and the aroma of meats being grilled. Mmm! So delicious. I highly recommend this tour and our guide. You can be solo or go with family who are old enough to understand history. Thank you George and GYG
I decided last minute to leave Tbilisi and this was one of the first options I saw. The selection of places to visit was intriguing and would give me some diversity with bot cultural and natural elements, so I went with it. What I got was a very nice day tour, with a very relaxed and friendly environment - I also got lucky with the rest of the people in the tour, I think, but we had both guides who were very knowledgeable and informal, and made sure the whole experience was the best it could be. The selection of places works very well and the surprise we got at lunch, eating amazing homemade Georgian food was one of the highlights. I would totally recommend this tour!
Really a very good tour and very much a value for the type and range of experiences you get. If you are looking to learn about Georgia- including its history and wine making- while taking a nice trip outside the city to the absolutely gorgeous Kakheti region I recommend this tour. Our group consisted of people from all over the world and our guide made every effort to accommodate each person’s needs and preferences (especially dietary, which can be tricky). Everyone from the company was generous and kind, and our guide was candid, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure we had a pleasant and memorable experience.
This was one of the best tours I have done; professional company, fabulous guide, Tiko (knowledgeable, friendly & energetic), with a safe driver (very important in Georgia). Tiko created an atmosphere where a small group of strangers (5 people of all ages from all over the world) became friends; we had a lot of fun, saw & learnt lots, ate great food, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (and the comfortable, air conditioned mini van was an added bonus).
A very nice and interesting tour through Tbilisi with a great guide who spoke English fluently. Even after the trip he gave us advices and help for the rest of our Georgia trip. During the 4h trip we saw mostly every sight a tourist should see and learned a lot about Georgia's and Tbilisi's history.
