Not exactly as expected in the description but turned out ok
The market “tour” is a quick run. Felt very rushed (it’s small) as another class was going to be joining in part of our class. That was a little awkward as we had no idea what was going on. Then a lot of time sitting. Waiting - coffee then waiting. Food was not bad. All traditional and the staff was entertaining. No fancy stuff just basic bread pasta and fish. A ton of food to eat at the end!!
We were a small group of 6 and given a personalized service. We went to the market and introduced to the ingredients that were to be used for our future recipes. Once at the restaurant, we were well greeted and quickly put to work...the sous-chef was friendly and a great coach. The recipes were not only easy to make but we enjoyed to eat at the end.

The best cooking course I have done! I learned a lot from chef through the markets and in the kitchen! 3 different meals prepared and all so delicious! Great to sit down with the group and eat together with some great Etna wine!
This was our favorite activity in Scilly.
Amazing cooking class. We went with the chef to purchase the ingredients, learned how to make several different dishes including making pasta from scratch, and then ate the food for lunch. I highly recommend this experience!
Excellent knowledge, a great number and variety of dishes. Friendly and wonderful hosts.
