    If you are in Taormina and are considering taking an Italian cooking class, this would be it! Chef Massimo is a skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate chef who truly loves what he does. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the 5+ hours we spent in the market and at the facility where we cooked the most amazing meal. Massimo has a great sense of humour but most importantly he is a great instructor. Most of the 13 people in the group had little experience and had no problems preparing the delicious meal. We learned a lot, had a few laughs and enjoyed local cuisine and wine. Couldn’t haven any better!!!

    The whole day was so much fun. We took our two children for the pizza making experience and they also absolutely loved it. The guide was really great and we got to make garlic bread and macaroni as well as pizza. Better still, we could eat all of it for lunch and take away what we couldn't eat for dinner! We were provided with wine, coke, cappuccino and apple juice within the price too.

    We were a small group of 6 and given a personalized service. We went to the market and introduced to the ingredients that were to be used for our future recipes. Once at the restaurant, we were well greeted and quickly put to work...the sous-chef was friendly and a great coach. The recipes were not only easy to make but we enjoyed to eat at the end.

    We had a group of only 4, so the class was very personalized. We made bread, pasta, and pizza, eating some of each along with Cappuccino before class, an antipasto selection with wine part way through, and our pizzas and pasta with wine and Cannoli for lunch. It was a very enjoyable day!

    Our whole experience was wonderful. Chef Massimo is a great teacher and chef and displayed it all throughout the day. He gave us good tips at the market to make sure we select only fresh ingredients. In the kitchen, wise tips were given to help us with cooking out recipes.
