What people are saying about Syntagma Square

Wonderful tour! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate!

The tour was excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. He answered all questions. He was very passionate about the history. His passion for history was really helpful in the museum where we were directed to certain pieces. The museum would have be overwhelming and we would have missed a lot of information if we hadn't done the tour. A suggestion - when the bus drivers pick up the tour participants, they should be told that they may need to get on a different bus when they arrive at the tour head office. We were unaware that the people picked up were for different tours. So we ended up on the wrong bus. Thankfully, you took attendance and was able to get us on the right bus. But there was a delay and the bus that we were supposed to be on had already set out and then had to stop.

Great way to get around Athens but there seems to be a disconnect.

The bus was great and it was wonderful that the upper deck was covered on some of the buses. The drivers were very helpful. The only problem we had was that we booked three different routes and when we checked in they told us we were only eligible for two routes. I showed them my ticket which clearly showed three and they told me again no, it was only two. I wanted to go to the beaches and to the lake but they said that was not included even though it was on the ticket I got through your website.

Angeliki was a knowledgeable, friendly and patient guide.

Angeliki conducted or your off the Parthenon, Acropolis and Acropolis museum. Even my 10 and 11 year old kids thought it was fun and interesting seeing and hearing about myths, truths and history along our walking tour. Angeliki kept us in the shade, where possible, on a hot day and maintained a not-too-fast, not-too-slow pace with breaks along the way. I especially liked her insights on current restoration activities.

Great service, although the beaches bus need to align with the others

Great, however got on at 8,50 in Athens with the view of changing to the beaches line at the Acropolis then going to a beach. The beaches line does not start till 11am, lucky we realised. This should be aligned so you can have this option.

Great tour with a friendly, knowledgeable and professional guide.

So glad we booked a tour to view the ancient sites of Athens. Having a knowledgeable guide, Kostas, with a degree in anthropology helped make sense of everything we saw and kept our teenage boys engaged.
