Highlights
  • See the exhilarating sight of whales breaching the water
  • Learn interesting facts about whales and their habitat
  • Enjoy either a hot breakfast or BBQ lunch, depending on which option you choose, as you cruise down the harbour on your way to see the whales
Full description
Make your way to Circular Quay to board your whale-watching vessel. Numbers are restricted on this whale-watching cruise, allowing for ample elbow room in the cabin and on the outside decks of your boat.

You have the choice of two options on this cruise which will allow you to enjoy the whales with ultimate comfort and a delicious meal! Every day the cruise with lunch is available and on the weekends whales with brekky is an option! Seeing these giant mammals of the sea has the ability to change your whole view on life. The gracefulness, the peacefulness, the playfulness, the curiosity, the showmanship and the awesome power of a humpback whale is something everyone should witness in their lifetime.

Whale watching is an exhilarating adventure - seeing these incredible creatures frolicking and swimming in the ocean is an awe-inspiring treat that you will remember forever! Breaching, tail slaps, spy hopping, fluke dives and peduncle throws are all some of the great moves you may see from the whales on their migrations. The whale population is increasing each year and and this year there are 30,000+ whales expected to migrate past Sydney. Whale watching season runs from May to November. From May to August, the whales are on their Northern migration to Tropical North Queensland and then from mid August to November, they're on their southern migration back to the Antarctic along with their new born calves - the little calves are just gorgeous!

The cruise was great, we did not see any whales but the company gave us tickets to re-do the cruise within the next 3 years for free which is wonderful. We saw three different species of dolphins, seals, and a large number of sea birds. The crew was very knowledgeable and kind.

Breakfast was different but still good if your a picky eater like my girlfriend was I recommend getting something on shore, we didn’t get to see any whales the day we went but it was still fun as long as you book this without getting your hopes up to high and just go to it with an understanding that you might not see a whale you will still have fun ALSO listen to them when they say you should take some of those motion sickness pills I took some and still felt very sick

We had a great day , they suggested you took travel sickness tabs which I am so pleased I’d ( so thank you) , it was a very informative talk through out our time out at sea . We saw humpback whales dolphins and seals and even a sea eagle . We were later getting back because we spent more time watching the whales . Choose these guys as they give you time .
