Feel the power of nature as never before. The mud baths will reduce your stress and fatigue, relieve aches, pains and trauma in addition to making your skin smooth and fine.

Since the ages of the Roman noblemen and Greek emperors, people have used the mud bath procedure. The reasons for this being, the mud worked and still works. The trip will start at around 08:30 AM with a pick-up from Sunny Beach. On your way, you will be accompanied by a licensed tour guide who will tell you interesting stories about the mud baths through the ages coupled with information about the sites in the area.

The salterns at Atanasovsko Lake near Burgas are the ideal place to benefit from the mud. The lye pools are just next to the mud, which makes the event even more beneficial. Lie down in the lye pools for 30 minutes, then cover your body with mud and stay on the beach until it dries up. Afterwards, go into the sea to bathe and enjoy some swimming, thus making the perfect ending to the trip. Your departure will be at 12:00 PM from your pick-up point. Afternoon departures will be at 2:30 PM.
