My husband and I enjoyed the floating market tour that we did in Bangkok. Our tour guide was very helpful and kind. My only “complaint” is that I would have loved to have an additional hour or so at the market to explore. We felt rushed and didn’t get to enjoy ourselves as much as we would have had we had some additional time to browse. The market was a great experience though!
This was quite an experience. It was nothing I have ever seen before. I really enjoyed riding past all the merchants cooking and selling their goods in the canals. I made note of places i wanted to visit and when we docked I waled back to haggle for trinkets and eat where the locals were congregating. I would definitely do this tour again.
Excellent day out - would highly recommend. You get out of the city of Bangkok and see some proper Thai countryside. The floating market is very tourist focused, but it is very unique and definitely worth making the effort (1.5 hours) to get there. Our guide Sara was extremely helpful, positive and entertaining!
It was a very interesting trip. It is a really unique place. We were lucky to have a wonderful guide. She Was knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.
It was well organised tour! Damnoen Saduak is not that crowded at the moment and recommended to visit if you're first-time traveler to Thailand :)
