Full description
Pulpit Rock is a dramatic natural rock formation the size of a 25x25-meter platform. It overlooks the fabulous Lysefjord from an elevation of 604 meters. The fjord is 42 kilometers long, and was formed my powerful glaciers in the last ice age.

The mountain tops which surround the Pulpit are as high as 1,000 meters on both sides of the fjord and offer incredibly inspiring views. The hiking paths are accessible for anyone with general fitness, and your hiking guide will take you through different natural landscapes at your preferred speed, all the way up to the rock.

This adventurous hike is one of the area's absolute highlights, and is on the to-do list of most travelers coming to the Stavanger region. Following some time at the top of the picturesque rock, you will make your way back to the tour starting point.
