Full description
The 105 miles in 1-day adventure was created in order to visit one of the most beautiful places in the Adriatic Sea hidden from the daily bustle. The Blue Cave, as a star of this tour, is a natural phenomenon in the Adriatic Sea located at Biševo Island. The magnificent blue color is created by a light refraction passing through the cracks in its ceiling. The cave will leave you astonished. Besides the star of this adventure, there will be more attractions that you will visit such as the Vis Caves and Stiniva Beach. You will board at Trogir/Split Harbor at either 07:00 AM or 07:30 AM, and set sail towards Biševo Island to see the Blue Cave. Then you will visit a beautiful fisherman town called Komiža, where you can enjoy breakfast and sightseeing. Afterwards, head toward the Monk Seal Cave. Enjoy some more swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling at the beautiful Stiniva Beach and Budikovac bay. Finally, visit the town of Hvar for some sightseeing and lunch before you return to Split/Trogir.

Full day

A full day: discovery of the cove of the blue lagoon, visit of the blue cave a little too fast and the second downside you cannot swim in view of the number of tourist boats present, then discovery of two islands with free time from 1 hour to 2 hours, we were able to benefit from a boat with a tarpaulin which in the middle of August was very appreciable and thus catch a sunstroke which is not the case with the other boats that we have been able to meet, the crew Petra guide and Jake skiper were very nice, we recommend this excursion

Blue cave without the blue cave tour

The tour was good. Unfortunately the blue caves were not accessible on the day of our excursion due to the tide. We were not told until in the boat and away from the dock. We were told we’d receive €20 refund as per what all other tours were offering, €10 of that would have been the cave fee. The boat ride was a bit of a rollercoaster and most people in the boat got drenched at least once due to the speed, waves and wind. The swimming locations were good.

I went there and it was an awesome experience. Foreigners and tourists, that is definitely a must. It’s an all day boating trip going from one island to another in a span of 11 hours. It’s worth it. My guides were Petra and Leo, and they were extra chill, friendly, and made small talk with everyone on the boat. They were genuine and it was easy to ask them questions about anything. The blue cave was the star of this trip obviously, and although it lasted 10 minutes, it was so beautiful. We went to two other caves. We swam inside the Green Cave (there’s an extra 50 kunas fee) and it was nice, but the weather did not cooperate so it wasn’t as enjoyable. Hvar was enjoyable as well. Beautiful island and the fortress on top of the hill was gorgeous (40 kunas for entree). Overall, if you are reading this, book it. It’s a must. -Caroline
