Great tour all around! Don't drive yourself when you can do this.

The staff at NiceTravel was helpful and organized, and made sure we got off to a great start. The small tour bus was much nicer than a big coach. It was comfortable, let us go places we couldn’t in a coach, and let us to spend more time at the sites. Robert, our tour guide, was great. He made sure we got the most out of each stop, and personalized the tour for each group. The stops were long enough so we never felt rushed, and we had plenty of time to ourselves to explore. Booking a room with private bath, we were the only couple taken to the Hotel Anna, which was a great experience by itself, with a quaint Icelandic feel, and attentive staff. The rest of the group at the guesthouse came back with some great northern lights pictures. The trip from Reykjavik to Jokulsarlon is very long, and if you want to see great waterfalls along the way, stop at a black sand beach, then see glaciers, the Diamond Beach, glacier lagoon, and take a monster truck ride to an ice cave, this is your tour.

Exciting, fascinating, beautiful and amazing!

Our tour operator, Tiddy, was incredible. He narrated the trip with so much interesting and entertaining information. I learned so much! We were foiled by weather in the Jokulsarlon area our planned second day, so he rearranged our schedule, found us another ice cave to visit (and we even got to climb a glacier!) And brought us to all sorts of bonus places to see along the way. He was a complete professional and a very calm, friendly, funny person. ...The itinerary for the trip is just breathtaking and stunning. The black sand beach of Reynisfjara is one of the most astonishingly beautiful I've ever seen in my entire life. Also the tiny village of Hof where we spent the night is charming and at the foot of this striking mountain. ....GO ON THIS TOUR! So good.

The trip is good as my expectation but there are some suggestions.

Beautiful hotel in countryside. The tour to ice cave is perfect and is a must see and also is the most important thing of 2 days tours. By the way, I suggest that the agency should choose another hotel more far and near the diamond beach, in this case we can save more time driving. Because many driving, we come back very late (about 00:30 of 3rd day). Second thing, i expect more for the hunting aurora. The guide just drive to hotel in country side and tell us to discover aurora by ourself in the night from 10:00. It’s not a part of tour, it’s free time activites. Conclusion: I recommend that you can chooose this tour also the golden circle tour + blue lagoon of this company but have to note some information given above. Thanks.

Once in a lifetime opportunity to snowmobile on a glacier!

Our excursion was actually changed in advance to only a snowmobile trip due to flooding in the ice cave :( We were given the option to cancel, but what fun would that be? The guides were very knowledgeable and the snowmobiles and outdoor weather gear were in good shape. The guides were helpful and very careful to keep an eye on all members of our group. Since our group included people with varying skill levels, we were only able to explore a small section of the glacier in the time allotted. It would be great to be able to join a group with only more advanced riders in order to make the most of the day.

Seen a lot of different places in one tour.

The tour guide with the lava tunnel was very knowledgable and funny. The tunnel was a great experience. The gullfoss waterfall was huge and beautiful. We saw the geysir shoot up 75 feet into the air. We fed the horses, and went to a farm and had fresh ice cream so good. We walked between the continents of Europe and North America. Our tour guides name was Klaus, he was very knowledgable. He told us a lot about iceland. Very good tour.
