Wild Rover Tours is THE way to go to visit the Giant's Causeway

This was an excellent tour with our wonderful tour guide J.P. and driver Paulo. They were very personable and friendly. They shared a lot of fun jokes, legends, and history of Ireland. There seemed to be plenty of time for each stop. My friend and I choose to do the Black Cab Taxi tour and I cannot recommend it enough. It was informative and gave great insight on the history of the area through the eyes of a local. Our next stop was the Giant's Causeway which you cannot miss if you are visiting the Island! There was road construction the day we went and had to take a detour to get to the Causeway. However, due to this we were able to see Dunluce Castle! The Causeway is incredibly beautiful and unlike anywhere else in the world! The next stop at Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge is phenomenal! The water is a striking combination of cobalt and turquoise blue. You can even see Scotland in the distance. If the weather is fair and you get the opportunity to cross the bridge, do it!

The highlight of our 3-day trip to Belfast

Both the Republican and the Loyalist guides were very friendly and interesting and provided an unbiased view of their time in their respective communities during the Troubles. If you want to have some idea of what it must have been like during that terrible time forget what you have read in books or newspapers or have seen on television and experience this fascinating tour for yourselves.

Tom provided a tour that was highly educational and thought provoking.

The 1.5 hour Black Taxi tour was top notch as our guide Tom blended a mix of historical fact with a touch of humour. Tom's personal perspective provided insight on "The Troubles" that one could not learn from reading a text book. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it. This is definitely a Belfast 5 Star attraction.

Outstanding insight into the troubles period in Northern Ireland

This walking tour was an exceptional opportunity to learn about the troubles period in Northern Ireland from two people who were actively involved in the struggle on opposite sides. Visiting both the republican and loyalist areas of Belfast allows one to understand the complex issues from both points of view.

Informative, fascinating, and necessary for any visit to Belfast.

Had an incredible time getting to know our guide and hear about the history surrounding The Troubles. With both sides presented so well, my wife and I walked away with a new understanding and appreciation for all the work being done to help heal the division between the Catholic and Protestant citizens.
