Mr. Wang and Ms. Jessie are the team of top professionals. Great tour!

Both guide and a chauffeur were very mindful about what each group member wants, were very customer oriented while on duty, which is a pleasure to see. On top of that, they were both interesting interlocutors and were genuinely invested into every conversation with us. If every team of guides had been like that at any destination I was travelling to, I would have been the happiest tourist. The route was planned and adjusted (when needed) extremely well. Mr. Wang was driving safely and comfortably. Jessie was answering all our questions professionally and coherently in cheerful manner, and could elaborate on everything that we were encountering during our tour around Shanghai. If I didn’t praise some aspect of the tour, it’s not because it wasn’t on par with everything aforementioned, it is because I am running out of characters capacity here. I believe I have outlined the key factors that every tourist wants to find on their journey abroad in a guided tour. Firmly recommend this tour.

Great bike tour to discover and to know the history of Shanghai!

Mayfer is a great guide who loves to tell you about Shanghai. She is very flexible when it comes to visiting places that you want to see. The tour went very smooth. I thought a bike tour of 7 hours would be quite intense but it was not too bad. It was actually nice and not very exhausting. I had dumplings and a soup for lunch and I liked it very much. Mayfer also took a lot of photos! So don’t worry about that (as you are most of the time on the bike)! After the tour she helped me to get back to my hotel and even called me to make sure I took the right route. Very kind of her!

Great way to get around the city and see the major sights..

I enjoyed the bus tour, routes was also quite informative. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the long stops we would take. Sometimes sitting around at a bus stop for 5 or more minutes. Sometimes it seems so the driver could take a smoko break? The driver also stopped and let a man hop on the bus who was selling fake watches to all the passengers. Apart from this, we got to see all the main tourist areas that interested us, it was good value for money. We paid the extra for Bund tunnel and observation deck. Probably not worth the extra we paid.

Deep insight into Shanghai life today and yesterday

Ellen is a great guide. Driving through the smallest ways in the old city. And not only the frontsides, but also the backyard of the houses, where the people live. Answering every question with her vast knowledge. This gave us exactly, what we were looking for. A nontouristical view. Paired with a lot of humor made it a wonderful day for us as well as our 14year old Son. Thank you very much and go on this way.

Excellent activity with affordable price.

In this activity I got three tickets namely for Chin Mou tower till 88th flower, Bund tunnel one way and one hour river Cruse tour. I book for two days to cover all three route with sufficient time and it is really worth. The address of people's square was not mention proper. There is audio facility in various languages. You get free headphone and route map.
