What people are saying about Shanghai

Mr. Wang and Ms. Jessie are the team of top professionals. Great tour!

Both guide and a chauffeur were very mindful about what each group member wants, were very customer oriented while on duty, which is a pleasure to see. On top of that, they were both interesting interlocutors and were genuinely invested into every conversation with us. If every team of guides had been like that at any destination I was travelling to, I would have been the happiest tourist. The route was planned and adjusted (when needed) extremely well. Mr. Wang was driving safely and comfortably. Jessie was answering all our questions professionally and coherently in cheerful manner, and could elaborate on everything that we were encountering during our tour around Shanghai. If I didn’t praise some aspect of the tour, it’s not because it wasn’t on par with everything aforementioned, it is because I am running out of characters capacity here. I believe I have outlined the key factors that every tourist wants to find on their journey abroad in a guided tour. Firmly recommend this tour.

exactly what we wanted, even better as out of the busy tourist areas

our guide was very knowledgeable, lots of insights on China itself. A great tour to get a feeling of Hangzhou and want you to go back to spend 2 days and a night there to include some hiking in the mountains. Our guide stayed out of the busy tourist attractions, going to the actual farmers restaurant, with only chinese eating there for a total of 30 Euros for 4 persons, very fresh food! then to the tea plantations we went to a small farm, no other tourists than ourselves. Then for the temple, he chose one no tourists go to. we were the only ones, was very interesting and we felt very lucky. Driver and car and train were excellent, a great way to visit Hangzhou with no stress and worries.

Great way to get around the city and see the major sights..

I enjoyed the bus tour, routes etc...audio was also quite informative. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the long stops we would take. Sometimes sitting around at a bus stop for 5 or more minutes. Sometimes it seems so the driver could take a smoko break? The driver also stopped and let a man hop on the bus who was selling fake watches to all the passengers. Apart from this, we got to see all the main tourist areas that interested us, it was good value for money. We paid the extra for Bund tunnel and observation deck. Probably not worth the extra we paid.

A good day outing with excellent information provided

Early start to get train tickets, great ride on rapid train. Hired car in Hangzhou took us to several sights with Annie our guide providing informative commentary. A highlight was the Tian Zhu Temple where Annie told us about Buddhist beliefs then encouraged us to have vegetarian lunch in the complex. After some free time in the shopping street we finished the afternoon at the West Lake until time to return to Shanghai. On arrival we got instructions to the Bund and finally to our hotel by the subway system.

Excellent activity with affordable price.

In this activity I got three tickets namely for Chin Mou tower till 88th flower, Bund tunnel one way and one hour river Cruse tour. I book for two days to cover all three route with sufficient time and it is really worth. The address of people's square was not mention proper. There is audio facility in various languages. You get free headphone and route map.
