Full description
Welcome to an exclusive experience in the heart of Andalusia. Take in views of the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Alcazar of Seville, and the many red roofs of the historic center while learning how to become an expert "Paellero."
Get to know all the ingredients needed to cook a real Spanish paella from a local expert and understand why this dish is so appreciated worldwide. At the same time, learn the special technique used to carve Spanish jamón ibérico (Spanish cured ham) – the country's most traditional product – and how to pair it with local wines. Last but not least, learn how to whip up a delicious and refreshing sangria, a favorite for hot summer days.
At the end of the class, sit down together to enjoy your typical Spanish paellas while enjoying the surrounding views.
