Full description
The tour will begin with a visit to the world's largest Gothic building, the Seville Cathedral, which back in the Moorish times was the main mosque of the city, while the bell tower served as a minaret.

Inside the temple you will see the icon of the Virgin Mary, the patroness of all navigators and Columbus, next to which the sarcophagus with the relics of the official colonizer of America found its place.

Near the world's largest Christian altar, you'll hear about the peculiarities of construction of Spanish cathedrals. Exploring the cathedral, you'll be able to enjoy the paintings of the great masters Goya and Zurbarán and see the frescoes of one of Michelangelo's students. Next stop will be the treasury, before ending the tour of the cathedral at Saint Ferdinand who was embalmed here in the 13th century and who it is good tradition to kiss according to Sevillian legend.

Before heading to the Alcázar you will have 30 minutes to climb the tower, visit the cathedral museum, or check into the souvenir shop.

Having passed through the Lion Gate, the tour steps foot into the palace Alcázar, built during the Moorish dynasty of Almohad. Heading to the chambers of Peter the Cruel, you will learn to decipher Arabic ligature and to understand the symbolism of the “azulehos” color Spanish tile. Continuing to explore the palace, the tour will learn why there is a place called the 'Puppet Yard',and will take you past beautiful tapestries, through the chapel where kings once prayed, through the royal baths and out into the Alcázar's gardens.

After the tour you can stay in Alcázar, climb the colonnade, relax in the shade of the garden, or return to the palace halls.
