Your information and map was totally misleading. The tour is now operated by Flotilla Radisson. There is only one pier for this trip and that has the name of Radisson. It is on Gorki Park. BUT they donot recognise GYG and your QR code. Fortunately that morning they had sent a mail with something in Russian script. It had a bar code. You have failed to do your job properly. The trip was enjoyable.

A great experience involving a 2.5 hour trip across the city. My suggestion is that you take the trip after sunset, because the lighting is fantastic. Do not miss the changing colours at Gorky Park. The food was excellent, though you need to buy the food separately. However, its not compulsory to have food onboard. I loved the white Siberian Salmon dumplings. Must try if you like sea food.

Excellent tour. Maria was very knowledgeable about the history and stories surrounding the metro stations. Central meeting point location, a lot of walking, and wonderful ending with a home made sweet and savoury russian pies. Definitely recommended. Thank you Maria for the wonderful time.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Not only were Nisia and Kayta very informative and knowledgable they made me feel welcome. He had great conversation and they told me about the history of Moscow as we drove around. They made it night I will always remember!

The tour guide is very knowledgeable in Soviet history and world wars and with an excellent English! I’d recommend anyone to take it to know more about Moscow... you will come out of the tour with an idea what Soviet Union is all about.....
