Full description
Register at the 8th floor of the Koreana Hotel and then kick off your journey by taking the Freedom Highway to Imjingak. Learn all about the history of two Koreas through the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, Dorasan Observatory, and Dorasan Station within the DMZ area. Your expert guide will explain to you the historical significance of these areas as you go.

Have lunch (bulgogi or bibimbap) and move on to Unification Bridge, where the military officials will check your passport. You will then arrive at United Nations Command Security Battalion “Camp Bonifas” and participate in an information session with a North Korean defector - hear in fascinating detail all about North Korean people's lives and how the two Koreas' histories and cultures have diverged. After a thorough Q&A session, take a military bus to the Joint Security Area and Freedom House Military Armistice Commission Building where you will take a closer look at the two Koreas' political situation and learn about the fluctuating tensions between them.
