Full description
Visit the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) and officially enter North Korea at the Joint Security Area (JSA) on a full-day tour. This unique experience would let you understand better about the mysterious North Korea and its real-life aspects.

Go to Imjingak park just 7 kilometers from the demarcation line, built in 1972 in the hope that unification of the 2 nations would one day be possible. See the Bridge of the Freedom, where South Koreans crossed when they returned home. Stand on Unification Bridge and explore sites such as the Dora Observatory, where a rare glimpse of the reclusive state can be seen through binoculars. Venture into the Third Infiltration Tunnel, believed to have been planned for a military invasion by North Korea.

Immerse yourself in the history of the zone through numerous artifacts from the Korean War. Enjoy lunch in the restaurant, and then see the conference room where leaders from both nations meet. Cross the official demarcation line into North Korea and take souvenir photos of the villages in the distance. On your way back, have a thorough Q&A session to learn about North Koreans’ lives and how the defectors are adapting to the new lives in South Korea.
