What people are saying about Santorini
This is a really great tour. First we stopped at Red Beach for a short swim stop to cool off while the staff prepared the barbecue. Lunch was delicious and you can help yourself to soft drinks, water, beer or wine all day (inclusive). I suggest eating a small snack before boarding the boat (we ate around 3.30pm). We had a longer swim stop during lunch and then sailed to the volcanic hot springs. Be aware that if you are pregnant or asthmatic you cannot do this swim stop because of the high sulfur content! Also, if you plan to swim, don’t wear a light coloured swimsuit as apparently the sulfur can stain. We finished off heading towards Oia and watching the sunset from the boat, then were dropped off at the Ammoudi harbour for the transfer back. Be prepared to spend around an hour in traffic if you visit in high season and aren’t staying in Oia. An alternative would be making an advance reservation at one of the restaurants in Ammoudi and making your own way back later.
Everything about this trip was amazing! The staff were so lovely and professional.. always ready to lend a helping hand when able to. The boat was so clean and nice, and the staff were constantly cleaning throughout the trip of the day which was nice to see. Plenty of space for everyone to fit, not squishy or crowded at all, and plenty of space outside as well for tanning or sight seeing. The stop overs were awesome, snorkelling was definitely a favourite, got to see so many fish!! Lunch was amazing- I can't believe what a great lunch we got on the boat! We had skewers- the option of pork, chicken or veggie, along with greek salad, potato salad pita bread and dips. Such an amazing trip, great amount of time. Getting picked up from the accomodation was also very helpful- great bus, aircon, clean etc
I absolutely loved my time with Konstantina! I have pretty good familiarity with my camera settings and how to utilize aperture and shutter speed. But over the course of a few hours, Konstatina taught me a whole range of new techniques to get great dusk and night pictures. She was able to teach me how to take amazing shots of Santorini, Amoudi Bay, silhouetted cliffs on the beach, light painting, and even the stars and Milky Way! I took well over a thousand pictures on my trip, and the three dozen or so I worked with Konstantina to take are absolutely my favorites. All you need is a decent DSLR or more advanced format, and a little sense of adventure, and you'll take home some truly special pictures most tourists won't have! I can't wait to join Konstantina in London for another class!
Simply spectacular. The private 7-hour cruise isn't cheap but was worth every dollar. We heard that Captain Anastasia is one of only two female captains in the Santorini catamaran fleet, and after riding with her, we have no doubt she has earned it and is one of the best. The cruise was beautiful, and she was an exceptional pilot and host. She consistently asked us what how we liked parts of the trip and adjusted her sailing to accommodate us. With the longer duration than most of the other cruises, the privacy of a cruise to ourselves, and an amazing set of sites, food, and the sunset, this was a highlight of our visit to Santorini. Highest recommendation, you will not regret the investment!
Absolutely wonderful experience. Alex, the owner and guide, was warm and welcoming. He cares deeply about his horses and starts the tour telling you their stories and their personalities. Then he led us on a tour that featured some amazing natural features leading up to a short walk along Eros Beach. The views were stunning, the horses friendly and easy to ride, and Alex photographed almost every inch of it using our mobile phones so we could concentrate on the ride and the scenery. Of the many activities we did on Santorini, this was my wife's favorite.
