Full description
Start the day exploring downtown Santiago with your experienced local guide to discover the diverse and interesting neighborhoods and wander around the local markets. Learn about the rich history of Chile and visit a variety of the city’s historic sites including the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the City Hall, the Monument to Chile’s Indigenous People, the Palacio La Moneda and the Santa Lucia Hill.

Visit the vibrant Bohemian neighborhoods of Lastarria and Bellavista and then enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the entire city and surrounding mountains from San Cristobal Hill. Next, explore the eastern side of the city known for its modern buildings and impressive glass skyscrapers, including the Costanera Centre, South America’s tallest building.

Then travel to the El Pueblito de Los Dominicos, a beautiful handicraft village home to more than 180 artisans in the shadow of the Andes Mountains.
