Full description
Depart Santiago by bus at 9:00 am. You will set off for Monforte de Lemos - the capital of the Ribeira Sacra. Visit the spectacular Monasterio de San Vicente do Pino, located on the top of a hill, with its amazing views.

Go to Mirador de Pena do Castelo for more amazing views of the Ribeira Sacra. Then, visit a winery located in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra, a place steeped in wine-growing traditions. Visit the winery's facilities and enjoy a wine tasting.

Have some free time for lunch in Castro Caldelas and visit the city's medieval castle. Next up is Mirador de Cabezoás, a place with amazing views of the Cañones del Sil. Finally, stop at Santo Estevo Monastery, one of the most important Benedictine monasteries in Galicia, whose origins date back to the 7th Century.
