What people are saying about San Diego

It was a great way to see the city. We did both the south & north side of the harbor back to back. They stopped between to drop off & pick up passengers at the dock. The south harbor had numerous navy vessels that were very cool to see. The north harbor had more pleasure boats, views & sea lions. That was awesome. I’m really glad they did both. The narration was perfect. Not too much, not too little. A photographer offered to take a picture as you came on, and you could decline. No big deal. Similar to tourist spots everywhere. It was a great way to see the area. It can be windy at times, bring a sweater. Thanks!

Enjoyed the 2 Hour Harbor Cruise. The only thing I'm questioning. I presented our tickets to the First Officer who took them from me (although the ticket clearly shows where it's in two parts). After the first hour, we came back to dock and stayed onboard for the second hour of our cruise. Yet no one at any time ever asked us to give proof that we had paid for 2 hours (I had the paperwork on my phone). In other words, what would have stopped anyone from purchasing a 1 Hour Cruise and stay onboard for the second hour part? Just curious!

The boat ride itself was informative if you don't know much about San Diego. The views are beautiful. I would say to get the best view to go along with the narration of the tour would be to sit in the front or right side of the boat but all views are wonderful. Our trip was especially exciting as we got to see several fly overs, a navy destroyer and a boat parade.

This was a fantastic tour and a fun way to learn about the great history, shops and especially the restaurants of Carlsbad. Our tour guide and owner Cheri is delightful and provides interesting facts about the town as well as a wide range of tastings from olive oils, Italian food, wine, gelato to chocolates! Well worth your time!

Everything was great except the narration. The narrator was quite dull! He also talked too much about bars and drinking. You could tell it was the last tour of the day. He seemed to be out of words to say; or at least ones that were interesting. Soliciting tips is unprofessional, in my opinion.
