Full description
Start the tour with pickup from your hotel in Bariloche, and head south on Route 40, until you reach Río Villegas. Arrive at the starting point for your horseback ride in the Río Seco Estate which is owned by the John family.

Before you set out, savor a delicious breakfast with coffee, tea, fried cakes, homemade bread, and regional sweets. After an instructive and safety talk, meet your horse and get kitted out with all the necessary riding equipment. Head out on a 2.5 - 3-hour horseback ride, venturing towards the banks of the Manso River, passing through different pastures and forests.

Ride along mountain roads and cross river fords and spectacular ravines. Enjoy the suggestive silence that the forest offers. Then, ride along the Manso River through different trails until you reach the La Pasarela campsite. Here, sit down to enjoy a mouth-watering lunch, served with appetizers, a complete Argentinian barbecue, salads, drinks, and dessert.

Following some time to rest, mount your horse again and continue west along trails into the mountain forest as you avoid different obstacles. This route has a greater difficulty level than the morning section as it involves navigating forest terrain which is chopped for cattle herding. After 1.5 hours, arrive at the pens to unsaddle where your transfer will be waiting to bring you back to Bariloche.
