Full description
Your tour will start at Barra Lighthouse, at the geographic limit of the Bay of All Saints, where you will stop for photos. You will follow in the direction of the Tororó Dam, where the sculptures of candomblé's orixás and the Arena Fonte Nova Stadium are located. Follow the Avenue of the Valley of Nazareth, go through the port area and cross the commercial district of Calçada, where you can see the beautiful building that houses the railway station. Just up ahead is the Largo da Roma, where Sister Dulce worked, a Brazilian Catholic Franciscan Sister who was the founder of the Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce, also known as the Charitable Works Foundation of Sister Dulce.

Reaching the Bonfim hill, you will stop for photos in the most famous church in Salvador due to the traditional Lavagem do Bonfim, a commemoration marked by the baianas (women who were born in Bahia) throwing water on the steps of the temple in a celebration that lasts a whole day. You will pass by the Monte Serrat Fort, a place whose beauty speaks for itself with its architecture preserved since the time of its foundation, with a beautiful view of the Bay of All Saints.

Lastly, you stop at Mercado Modelo - Model Street Market - to enjoy the local handicrafts. The colorful craftsmanship, the sea in the background, and the sound of the berimbau make you feel lost in time.
