What people are saying about Salvador, Brazil
The tour overall was good. I was the only English speaker on my tour and to some extent I think I might have missed out on some of the details of the tour. I speak a little Spanish and some of the words are close to the Portuguese so I think I got the gist of the information that was passed on to the tour group. The tour including a couple of shopping stops, which I think had too much time allocated to them.
With lot of knowledge in social and historical themes a Salvadorian Teacher explains important locations surrounding historical center and other parts of the city. One also can get internal Information about development in schools and university and running projects. We had a really good time, could raise our questions and we're driven confortable...it was also a funny excursion.
The guide showed up when he said he would and was very helpful. He had a good handle on the history of the city and helped us feel comfortable as we went around on the tour.
