A lovely day out on a fine Sunday with a great Guide and Driver!

The morning rain soon cleared by the time we arrived at Leeds Castle with lively and interesting commentary throughout all the day by Sue and careful driving by Cheryl. With it being dark by the time we got to Greenwich, for the return boat trip, the cruise was even more enjoyable with the lights of the riverside buildings and historic sites illuminated! Sue ensured everybody knew how to get back to their accommodations before she parted with the 'multi-international' speaking group. My only complaint was that the map I was sent with my booking confirmation, 'supposedly' detailing where the coach was to pick me up, left me waiting for half an hour at 7.30am on a cold morning in the wrong place!! At 8am, with nobody else waiting, I ask two Megabus workers if I was definitely in the right place and they advised me the Golden Tours pick-up place was undercover in the middle of a building much further down the road. As a Stroke sufferer, I didn't appreciate this extra last-minute rush!

An excellent tour, which was enhanced by the commentary

The commentary on the outbound trip to Greenwich was extremely informative with the right blend of humour from the Crew Member, was really great. The commentary on the return journey was provided by recorded messaging and we were able to compare the details from both (pre recorded and live via the Crew Member). They were absolutely accurate and so we enjoyed the entire experience hugely.

A thoroughly informative and enjoyable cruise.

Very informative, amusing cruise. Barrier not very interesting but loved Greenwish. Wish we had given ourselves more time there.

A really informative and enjoyable experience and good value for money

The guides were both excellent, not professional, just down-to-earth boatmen who knew about the Thames and its history and had a great sense of humour. The trip was not at all boring, but informative, educational and just great fun. I would recommend it to anyone.

The best way to see the landmarks of London.

Always wanted to see London from the Thames and boy old boy it was great. What really made this was a hot sunny day, fabulous landmarks, value for money and one of the staff on board have us a running commentary of what we were seeing. The audio commentary was ok but the chap we had added a lot of humour along with the facts and figures and items of interest. I learnt so much more than what's in the tourist guide and the trip was brilliant. Took so many pictures and when viewing them back the commentary just adds to the overall memory of the trip. Can't recommend this highly enough. Brilliant
